Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost or offer a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nelbolar.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, are not eligible for return.
